Elisabeth Birdsong

Before starting her own practice, Elisabeth Birdsong worked as a contracts attorney for the University of Colorado and a contracts manager on a business development team. She was admitted to practice law in Kansas in 2016 and in Colorado in 2019 after completing her J.D. at the University of Kansas School of Law. While attending law school, Elisabeth interned in the University of Kansas's technology transfer center, volunteered in KU's Guardianship Assistance Program, and volunteered and mentored law students in KU's Court of Parking Appeals.

Elisabeth has reviewed, drafted, and negotiated contracts ranging from master services agreements involving millions of dollars, to federal contracting dollars, to real estate contracts, to equipment leases, and more. She’s represented non-profits ranging from high volume research universities to small clinical research organizations in contract negotiations with big pharmaceutical companies, state agencies, and large foundations among others. She also has experience drafting wills, trusts, settlement agreements, and business organization documents for individuals, and small businesses. Elisabeth founded this firm to provide quality legal services to clients without the operational overhead of a large law firm.
